Joses did a great job developing ML models for sensor data processing and inversion. With strong research capabilities, Joses can explore and evaluate multiple technical solutions, quickly identify a viable path to move forward and deliver a product. His insights in sensor data, physical processes, and ML algorithms helped solve real world challenges. Joses shows strong leadership and teamwork with proactive collaboration. It was a pleasure to work with Joses over the summer.

I enjoyed working with Joses! He has a good background in seismology/geophysics and ML. On the projects we worked on, he was proactively trying out new ideas and then communicating what worked.

Joses is a quick learner and a hard worker. In addition to technical skills he was very active in other important aspects of our company, namely safety.
